Cancellation Policy
We know life is full of surprises—and sometimes plans change. That said, spots for this retreat are limited and your payment secures your place, covering up-front costs we commit to in advance.
For this reason, all payments are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to join, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend (pending our approval), or we’ll do our best to help you fill it from the waitlist. However, we can’t guarantee a replacement—and are unable to offer refunds.
Please make sure you’re able to fully commit before booking. If you have any questions or feel unsure, we’re here to talk things through. This retreat is intentionally designed, and we want it to be a wholehearted “yes” for everyone involved.
How Room Pricing Works
Each room is priced for one guest, giving you plenty of space to stretch out and settle in.
Bringing a friend or partner along? Perfect. For rooms that sleep two, they’ll just book an EXTRA GUEST package—covering all their delicious meals, drinks, and cozy housekeeping touches for the retreat. That way, everything’s sorted, and you can both simply arrive and enjoy.
